The Western Youth Zone is a dynamic and strategic regional initiative of Apnom Youth Organisation, designed to unlock the full potential of young people across the Western Region of Uganda. This zone acts as a decentralized hub for youth empowerment, offering a holistic approach to addressing social, economic, environmental, and health-related challenges facing youth in this region.
Through tailored programs in leadership development, skills training, climate action, reproductive health, gender equality, digital inclusion, and peacebuilding, the Western Youth Zone builds capacity among youth to become changemakers in their communities. This initiative provides platforms for the young population to thrive, connect, innovate, and actively participate in national development.
